Kim is a well-rounded HR Professional that has practical experience in HR management, administration, payroll, recruiting, compliance, performance management, employee relations and training and development

Before joining ConnectedHR Kim lead the human resource department at Scherba Industries as their HR Director. She oversaw all HR aspects including full-cycle recruiting, training development and programs, maintenance of compensation structure, management training, employee benefits, compliance and performance management. Kim also served Certified Security Solutions, Inc. as their HR Manager where she lead their Human Resources department while reporting directly to the CEO. Her HR career began with Robert Half Technology as a Technical Recruiter learning the full scope of HR.

Kim has a Bachelor of Science in Education and Human Development from Bowling Green State University.

Kim resides in Brunswick, OH with her husband and children.

Kim brings a solid HR administrative and leadership role to her clients. She works hard to comprehend and learn her client’s needs and to fully understand the team, culture and business so she can effectively deliver top-notch human resource leadership. Kim takes pride in working with company leaders to develop and execute company HR strategies that are on-target, efficient and effective.
